My Approach
My approach to therapy is that you are the expert in your own life. My approach incorporates a variety of methods, and tools depending on what your concerns are. I like to draw from peoples strengths and values to create meaningful methods of coping and problem solving. When things are important to us and add meaning to our life we are more likely to stick with them over time.
